Was putting shifter back together and could not find the steel bushing that goes inside the bronze one in the shifter linkage and they sent me one of theirs (original Porsche part) for a ridiculously low price right away. Cannot say enough about their product and service support

Good customer support is such a nice thing to run into. I had to return some 914 seat belts a couple weeks ago past the 1 year window and when the belts arrived at seatbeltplanet they called me and offered to repair them for just the cost of materials since the warranty was out. A few hours later they called me back and said the service department said this kind of damage couldn't be something I did and repaired and shipped them for free. That kind of service makes for very happy customers.

James is one of a kind. I met him at Rennsport reunion and described an issue to him; i left with parts and ended up with a better shifting Rennshifter.
