I learned today from his wife the Rick passed in June after a long battle with cancer.
He used to live in Corona CA where i helped him prep his creamsicle for paint and reassembly.
His Creamsicle is on BAT. He later moved to Denver North Carolina.

Rick also started Rix parts with speciality 914 parts.
The assests were sold to a company that continued his products as Rix Aircooled.

He also owned a 6 conversion that will be coming up for sale. His wife will be getting help from a local friend who will get the car details.
