914 Stories Part 2, I'm putting together a book! Options

Some of you might remember my thread, "914 Stories," from several years ago:

After reading all of the incredible stories and memories shared there, I had an idea: these stories deserve to be preserved in a book.

This wouldn't be limited to 914s, either. I'd love to include stories from every corner of the Porsche world—356s, 912s, 914s, 911s, 924s, 928s, 944s, 968s, Boxsters, Caymans, Cayennes, Macans, Taycans, and everything in between. Any year. Any model. Any owner.

Tell us about:

- The first Porsche you bought.
- The car you regretted selling.
- The road trip you'll never forget.
- The restoration that nearly broke you.
- The barn find.
- The father-and-son project.
- The race weekend disaster that became a favorite memory.
- The Porsche that changed your life.

We love stories (and photos) around here, so feel free to post yours whether or not you want it included in the book. We'd all enjoy reading it.

If you would like your story to be considered for publication, please either reply to this thread or send me a private message stating that you grant permission for your story to be included in the book. You will retain ownership of your story, and you will be credited however you prefer (full name, first name only, initials, forum username, or pseudonym).

My goal is simply to preserve the stories, memories, adventures, and people that make the Porsche community special.
