Please chime in with any body shop recommendations in the SF Bay area that still specialize in 914 repairs. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smash.gif) I'm looking to put out some feelers for the repair of my WCR deer damages. Thanks, Marty

@MartyYeoman - Not exactly convenient to the Bay Area but my buddy Greg has a paint shop in Lakeport. He's painting my LS car and the 914 Ferrari, he's done a bunch of metal work on Wide Red, that Group 5 wide-body 914. He does lovely work and his prices are reasonable.
He gets to Petaluma on a regular basis - with a trailer. So if it works out, you could deliver the car to me and Greg can pick it up here.
PM me if you'd like to chat with Greg.

Based on everything we saw Greg do on Big Red, and we know the level of detail Chris does, that is an excellent referral. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

I ended up using German Auto Body in Santa Clara. They were recommended by Rich Bontempi of High Performance House fame. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
