I can't believe that it has been six years since we all first met young Frances. She has inspired so many with her enthusiasm and spirit. I’m not sure about the current issues with taxes and PayPal but it might not be in her best interest to receive $20k through PP.

It is still a work in Progress but it functions enough to get people an idea of why she is so special and can take them to a donation link, so we can all share it with others who may be able to help her out.
