It must exist, the "cardboard" drivers door pocket does not fare well after 1/2 century of wear and tear they simply fall apart. I have looked and looked but inable to find a fiberglass replacement. It doesn't look too tough to fabricate, I am not a mold maker, but have a good idea how it works. Someone must be doing this

I have one however I have never have swapped the parts over to it. Inside will have to sanded and sealed or lined with something. I will try and find in warehouse

I bet it’s $300-350 by the time it hits your doorstep. Too much for me for such a simple part. And you still have to recover it.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) the f/glass one I bought from SMC was very average , I had to reglass one of the top slots and reglue the covering as all edges had lifted , cheers .

I fiberglassed the inside of the door cards to stiffen them up, you could do the same with the door pockets, fairly easy job v (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Thats pretty cool they have a lot of parts, they make new Targa roof and either with or without a glass panel top!. shipping will be an expense but if you wanted a lot of parts you could get them all packaged and put into a container and shipped over cheaper in a container that eache part seperately.

Thought there were vacuum formed abs replacements floating around. 914rubber had a group buy a while back and AA has everything.
