I have for sale one of Ben's "Loud" sport exhausts for a 914 1.7. This will not fit on a 2.0 and is designed to mate with 1.7 heat exchangers. Ben makes a beautiful piece, and this one is in great condition with approximately 200 miles on it.
I purchased as a replacement for my Bursch when they were shut down for a short while during the pandemic but went back to Bursch when they started making SS exhausts again as I wanted to use my original valence. $650 + Shipping. Local Pick-up in the Chicago area is preferred. Gaskets and hardware not included. Zelle or PayPal. Attached thumbnail(s) |

Just curious. How can you tell the difference between the loud and quiet version? I love Ben’s work.

Just curious. How can you tell the difference between the loud and quiet version? I love Ben’s work. Ben made two versions of these. When I ordered mine, I specified it as a “sport” muffler. It has less restrictive baffling and a low rumbly sound. Think of a 911 with a rally style muffler but in the low rev ranges where it roars but doesn’t scream. Ben had a “street” or “quiet” version available at the same time. |
