I felt a new post was in order here . At the recommendation of a member here @DennisV I took my car to the shop he recommended and my car passed . I then went across the street to AAA and got my registration completed and my new 2026 tags . What a great day it is today . Thanks to all that have been following this journey of mine for all your support and help.

They checked the USEPA yellow sticker , put it on a Dyno , checked the charcoal evaporator system , checked the gas cap, looked in a big book to verify what they needed . Then they did the tailpipe test on the dyno through third and held it at 3500 for a minute or so and wrote down the numbers from the computer .
