Selling what was described to me as a 180hp type 4 motor built on a GA 2.0 engine case with transmission. Has FAT Weber 40 carbs, upright 911 fan/alternator assembly with shroud, header style exhaust, everything shown in the pictures. Was told it needed new heads/head work.
This motor still turns over but it appears it has not run in 20+ years. I would assume it would need to be gone through to insure everything is ready to go. The carburetors still move freely, but I would recommend going through them to make sure all of the jets are cleared. I am happy to place the engine/transmission on a pallet and build a crate around it for shipping. This is located in Lafayette, California. Asking 2,250 or best offer for it all. Please feel free to reach out to me for quite a few additional pictures. Attached thumbnail(s) |

If you did a valve adjustment and compression check it would help your sale. 180hp from a 2.0 sounds like stretch. FAT built good motors. With no indo it is a big gamble for any buyer.
